We understand that businesses, way too often, have to deal with unreliable crews, rushed jobs, or careless work that puts health and safety at risk. We started HDR Solutions to change that. The best part is that we also have commercial construction experience, which helps us understand how facilities work and the cleaning standards that clients need and deserve.

Answering All Your Burning Questions
Are your staff background-checked and trained?
Yes. Everyone on our team goes through background checks and hands-on training. We also make sure our team members understand safety rules, especially on job sites, medical properties, and government facilities. With HDR Solutions LLC, you will never have random or untrained people walking through your space.
What if the scope of work changes after the first visit?
No problem. If you decide to add more services or clean additional areas, we’ll review the new scope and update the quote before moving forward. We will never surprise you. Everything will be discussed with you, and we will proceed only after your approval.
What safety precautions do you take during cleaning?
During commercial cleaning and pressure washing, our staff wear safety gear, use marked wet-floor signs, and follow OSHA safety standards, especially when working on high-traffic areas. For pressure washing, we block off slippery surfaces to prevent accidents. We also follow health safety protocols when working in public or a medical building.
Do I need to prepare anything before your team arrives?
Not much. All we ask is clear access to the areas being cleaned. If we’re working after hours, just make sure we have any required keys, codes, or contact numbers. It will also be beneficial if you remove your personal belongings from the space.
How do you make sure your cleaning meets high standards every time?
We have a quality check for every job, whether it’s a one-time clean or a regular service. Our supervisors do walkthroughs, we use checklists based on what you want, and we always make sure you’re happy with the work before we finish. If something isn’t right, we fix it right away without any extra charge or excuses.
How far in advance should I schedule a cleaning service?
We recommend scheduling at least one week in advance, especially for larger places. However, we also understand that things happen fast, so if you need last-minute service, give us a call. We’ll do our best to make adjustments and clean your space.
Do you provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment?
You do not have to worry about the supplies and tools. Our team comes fully equipped with professional-grade tools, machines, and supplies. You don’t need to provide anything. If you have specific products you’d like us to use or avoid, just let us know, and we’ll make it work.
